In his working life Neil is a Senior Strategic Change Consultant for a large national voluntary sector charity. Neil has experience of supporting trustees and management teams around governance, operations and change management.   Neil feels that his experience and skills are easily transferable to working with Academy Trusts particularly at this time of great change within education.  Neil is particularly interested in the Riviera Education Trust as his son attended one of the schools in the Trust.

 

Neil identifies, through his work with charities, that education is one of the key factors in determining peoples’ life chances and well–being. Therefore he is very keen to be involved in shaping the future of our very young people by contributing to the exciting development and future of the Riviera Education Trust.
