Mealtime Assistant (Oldway)
The Trustees of Riviera Education Trust thank you for your interest in the post of Meal Time Assistant at Oldway Primary School.
Oldway Primary School is part of the Riviera Education Trust which is a multi-academy trust comprising three local primary schools: Oldway Primary School, Shiphay Learning Academy and Roselands Primary School. We work in collaboration with Roselands Primary School and Shiphay Learning Academy in order to benefit all of the children in the Trust. Working in partnership with other schools helps to strengthen our provision and provide educational excellence so that every pupil has the best possible learning experience and is prepared for future life.
The Mealtime Assistant team is a group of committed staff who support the children at lunchtime in eating and enjoying playtime. Mealtime Assistants receive training throughout the year and many staff go on to become Teaching Assistants.
The working hours are 1.25 hours per day. The starting salary will be £2,515 which is Grade A, Scale Point 1 and based on 6.25 hours per week (Monday to Friday), for 38 weeks per year. (Full Time Equivalent £17,842).
